No shampoo. You had to ask at the front desk.

Poor mattress and poor curtains.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The mattress and the curtains needed to be updated. The mattress had the bowl effect and my husband and I rolled into the middle of the bed. We woke up with sore backs each night. The blackout curtains did not go to the floor, didn't go much farther than the windows and let light in.
